Bookings

If you are interested in booking our hall or church, please get in touch by filling out this form.

We cater for one-off and regular bookings at both St Helen’s and St Barnabas. We also do weddings, funerals, and baptisms. 

Please note; the hall is in use on Sundays by our congregation. You won’t be able to book it but feel free to join us!

Spaces to hire at St Helen’s: Our main hall has an attached kitchen. We have a lower basement space, a smaller meeting room, an office with two desks and of course, the church itself.

Spaces to hire at St Barnabas: The hall here is smaller but more contained. You’d have the space to yourself with toilets, and coffee making facilities.

Main Hall

A bright, versatile hall ideal for community groups, classes, parties, and larger gatherings. The attached kitchen makes it easy to cater for events. We can offer a small amount of storage space.

Lower Hall

A cozy space with its own small kitchen and an accessible toilet. Perfect for smaller groups, workshops, youth activities, or community projects.
You can hire the lower hall on its own or together with our allotment garden which is a great option for gardening clubs, wellbeing groups, or outdoor learning.

Meeting Room

A private space for up to 6 people, great for meetings, counselling sessions, or study groups.

Pricing

Main Hall: £20.00 per hour with an additional £10.00 per hour for kitchen use

Lower Hall: £15.50 per hour or £16.50 to include the allotment

Meeting Room: £7.00 per hour

Office: £10.00 per hour

St Helen’s Church: £20.00 per hour

St Barnabas Church: £17.00 per hour
