FELLOWSHIP NEWS for week starting September 5th 2010
ROAD OUTSIDE ST. HELEN’S WILL BE CLOSED on Sundays 12th & 19th Sept. So
you’ll need to park further away and walk in to church.

QUIET COMMUNION is on First Wednesday of each month at 11 a.m. in St.
Barnabas’ Church. All welcome.
CHRISTIAN INFERTILITY SUPPORT GROUP – Jo Clark is hoping to set up a local
group (contact her) because so many couples are struggling with this.
ORE IN BLOOM Plans for improvements in Ore Village are displayed at the
back of St. Helen’s, with a book where any comments can be made (by 12th

CREATIVE PRAYER DAY at St. Helen’s on 11th Sept. (10-4, £10) is led by
Jill Hartman and Andrea Williams.

FOLLOWING JESUS is a weekly course over a year led by Rev. Bernard Crosby
at St. Peter & St Paul Church, Parkstone Road, beginning on Sept. 22nd
(7.30 pm).
GROW IN SPIRITUAL GIFTS at seminars with Julian Adams at Kings Church,
9.30 a.m. on 25th Sept (£5) or 7.30 p.m. on 24th and 25th (free).
TOWARDS A THEOLOGY FOR HASTINGS is a monthly open discussion group with
Rev. Andy Perry. Introductory session is Sept. 27th 12-2 at the magnet.
PROPHECY AND THE SECOND COMING is a day course with Dr Andy Angel at the
magnet, 10-3.30 on Oct. 5th (£10; Book on 01273 421021).
ORIGINS & LEMONS is a play by Riding Lights Theatre Co. (a wonderful
Christian group) looking at creation, Genesis and Darwin. Songs, sketches
and stand-up will appeal to all, so bring friends to St. John’s Church,
